Worship service 10:00 am
Worship for all ages is held weekly on Sunday mornings. Our services consist of prayers led by the worship leader (usually our minister), readings from the bible, congregational singing using a mix of traditional and more contemporary songs and hymns, and a message or sermon from our minister. Holy Communion forms part of our worship service on the first Sunday of most months. All are welcome to participate in Holy Communion. Our worship services typically last around 1 hour, and are followed by a time of fellowship over morning tea.
Most services are streamed on Zoom for those who are at home, in hospital, or unable to attend services for any reason. This practice started due to lockdowns for Covid-19 and has continued as an important part of our ministry. Please contact us on the details below if you are interested in joining on Zoom, and we will provide you with the link.
Recordings of services are available on our YouTube channel – if you are wondering what our services are like, these will give you a good idea.

Sunday School and Activities for children
During the school terms, Croydon Uniting runs a weekly program for children called TABS (Talking about Bible Stories) for children aged 3 years and older. Just before the Minister begins the sermon, the children and their teacher go to a separate area to learn about God through activities, music, games and fun. Children are always free to return to their family at any time, otherwise they and the teacher return to the main Worship area towards the end of the worship service. Families are welcome to ask the teacher what will be discussed with the children.

Band
While most Sundays have music normally provided by either piano or organ, the third Sunday of the month usually has music enhanced by the musical gifts of various church members.
