Croydon Uniting Church is a community of people of all ages, called to follow Christ through worship and prayer; fellowship and support; and service to others. We have a mixed age congregation. Many people of all ages participate in the diverse life of the church community.

ALL are welcome
at Croydon Uniting Church

We extend a special welcome to those who are single, partnered, widowed, divorced, LGBTIQ+, straight, old, young or somewhere in between.

We acknowledge that we are on Wurundjeri country, and long to see indigenous and incomer reconciled.

We welcome people of all abilities, those in recovery or still addicted, rich and poor, educated and self-taught.

We welcome those who work too hard, don’t work, or can’t work. We welcome those who come because they are regular, or are visiting
the area, those who are seeking a place to belong or those who are came because granny is visiting and she wanted to come to church.
We welcome crying babies, excited toddlers, lonely parents, children and teenagers. We welcome those too young for school, those at school or studying and those for whom that is a distant memory, or somewhere in between.

We welcome those who could use a prayer right now, those who had religion shoved down their throats as kids or got lost and wound up here by mistake.

We welcome those whose family have been in Australia for generations, a long time or a recently arrived. We welcome those who are citizens, residents, visitors or seeking asylum.

A special welcome to all who are unwell, stressed, anxious or depressed.

We welcome pilgrims, locals, seekers, doubters and YOU!
